\u8981\u65e8\uff1a\u3000 Neuronal activity plays important roles in the establishment of precise neuronal connectivity in the cerebral cortex. Using in vivo two-photon calcium imaging of the mouse somatosensory cortex during the first postnatal week, we previously found that layer 4 cortical neurons fire synchronously, creating a \u2018\u2018patchwork\u2019\u2019 pattern of spontaneous activity corresponding to the barrel map, the cortical correlate of the whisker arrangement. This activity pattern has features suitable for thalamocortical circuit formation in the neonatal somatosensory cortex. In this seminar I would like to discuss the molecular mechanisms regulating the activity pattern generation. Also I would like to introduce preliminary results for elucidating the role of the relationship between micro-level and macro-level phenomena (e.g. dendrite growth and activity correlation, intracellular protein distribution and dendrite patterning) in cortical circuit formation.<\/p>\n
